All parents have good intentions, including you. You want the best for your kids, even if you don’t know how to express it or communicate it as well as you wish. So why do we struggle to show our good intentions?

Because children are triggering. They awaken within us all the things that we’ve learned to ignore, deny, or repress.  Before kids, you were able to manage your triggers fairly well.  You had time for things that filled you, like vacations, exercise, and meaningful friendships. You also slept easier before kids. Now that you’re a parent, there is less space for you. The pressure to be an amazing parent, a committed partner, a devoted employee, and all the things has you feeling less patient, overwhelmed, flooded, and burnt out. 

All things considered, it’s truly a miracle that we’re able to muster any patience at all to manage the shenanigans that come with the territory of raising children. And so, you find yourself yelling, acting out, having your own parent temper tantrum, and you don’t know how to stop this cycle.

This workshop will help you deconstruct both the internal and external conditioning that keeps you trapped in this burnt out space so you can finally break free from it. You will gain valuable insights into why you react the way you do. And, you’ll gain specific, easy to use, step-by-step tools that will help you better manage your triggers in the moment. Finally, you’ll learn how to work through any shame and guilt that arises when humanity calls and you act out your triggers.
